Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 USD (Zone 1 locations)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end solutions enhancing acquisition, activation, and engagement flows
• Lead visual design for experiments and promotional offers balancing speed and quality
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on experimentation strategy and execution
• Present design rationale and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with Legal, Creative, and other business units to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth-focused design initiatives, ideally in consumer tech
• Hands-on A/B testing experience and comfort in data-driven environments
• Ability to build experiment plans and translate insights into design decisions
• Strong visual craft with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design
• Clear communication skills and experience presenting to executives
• Location: Must be based in Bellevue, Menlo Park, or New York with onsite presence

Nice to have

• Familiarity with motion design or interest in incorporating AI into design workflows
