Salary: $163,000 - $246,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Own the post-sales service delivery relationship including onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business priorities and technical environments to act as a strategic advisor.
  • Drive growth and satisfaction through business reviews, technical demos, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Advocate for customers by coordinating with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
  • Lead operational and growth reviews to manage risk and plan capacity needs.

Requirements

  • Must work onsite in Santa Clara, CA office.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing relationship management roles such as CSM, TAM, or Sales Engineer.
  • 1+ years experience with container orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
