What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment process globally (Europe & US) from intake to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Post job ads and manage candidates across multiple channels
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Support employer branding and local talent outreach efforts

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Groningen, Netherlands (onsite)
• 3+ years of experience in global recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
