TL;DR

Salesforce Developer: Developing and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform and integrating it with various data sources to deliver an optimal customer experience for the business. What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications adhering to best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications.
• Participate in planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
• Test the stability and functionality of applications, troubleshoot, and fix bugs.
• Document custom developments, integrations, and data migration elements, and provide training to end users.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development (Service, Sales, and Experience clouds).
• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce, Aura, and LWC.
• Experience working with CTI, Live Chat, Platform Events, Skill Based Routing, and External Object.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical experience with Agile development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Go, Kafka, CI/CD.
• Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
