What you will do

• Develop and maintain MDM products according to specifications and best practices.
• Collaborate with Scrum team members and Agile Release Train (ART) participants to resolve issues and share knowledge.
• Actively participate in requirement refinement, user story definition, and task breakdown.
• Apply expertise to improve processes and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM MDM development.
• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, SQL, CSS, and Java Web Services.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of core master data management principles, including deduplication techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Stockholm.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
