TL;DR

Senior Backend Developer (.NET/C#): Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems for emergency care solutions with an accent on system reliability, scalability, and performance. Focus on architectural decisions, microservices, and API design.

Location: Hybrid model: 3 days at our Gothenburg office, 2 days remote.

What you will do

Design and implement robust backend services and APIs for emergency care applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and domain experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Maintain and improve existing codebases with a focus on quality and security.
Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.

Requirements

Solid experience in backend development with .NET and C#.
Good understanding of React.js and how backend services integrate with modern frontend frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Jira and working in Scrum or other agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and API design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR, OpenEHR, and related data models.
Experience designing and building scalable EMR systems or other clinical applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, including deployment and monitoring tools.
