What you will do

• Communicate with key stakeholders in Automation Development to ensure information security is appropriately addressed.
• Act as a center of competence for information security, supporting management on cybersecurity awareness and aligning business and security strategies.
• Identify, assess, and report information security risks within Automation Development.
• Lead and coordinate activities for ISO27001 certification for hirify.global Automation Development.
• Ensure local procedures and activities comply with customer requirements, laws, regulations, and hirify.global Information Security policies.
• Interact with service providers and personnel across various functions, including application development, operations, and network teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or demonstrable experience is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English written and spoken is a prerequisite.
• Experience in digital product development, particularly with OT and IoT solutions.
• Ability to quickly understand problems and focus on the most important aspects.
• Professional security qualification (e.g., ISO27001 Lead Implementor, CISSP, CISM, or CISA) is desirable.
• Must be based in Lund, Sweden.
