What you will do

• Conduct detailed cybersecurity audits and risk assessments for substation and control systems.
• Design and implement cybersecurity architectures and hardening strategies for OT networks.
• Lead incident response and threat management including root cause analysis and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and IEEE standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, compliance teams, and external stakeholders to maintain cybersecurity posture.

Requirements

• Must have deep knowledge of Substation Automation Protocols including IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, MMS, and GOOSE messaging.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, RTU, IED, EMS systems, IDS, SIEM, and endpoint protection for OT environments.
• Strong understanding of OT network segmentation, firewall configuration, and secure remote access solutions.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
