What you will do
- Provide timely and effective support for IAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access issues across hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and cloud platforms.
- Support change management processes related to IAM configurations, policies, and system integrations.
- Maintain and optimize Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Access Review policies within Microsoft Entra.
- Manage and support Microsoft Defender for Identity, including sensor deployment, threat detection, and remediation efforts.
- Identify and mitigate access risks, with a focus on eliminating over-privileged accounts and enforcing least privilege access models.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Entra (Identity Provider, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and application access management).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity, including sensor management and threat analytics.
- Solid understanding of access risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, ClearSkye Identity Governance on ServiceNow, CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Remote Access, and Microsoft Entra Connect.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNow.
