What you will do

• Provide timely and effective support for IAM-related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access issues across hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and cloud platforms.
• Support change management processes related to IAM configurations, policies, and system integrations.
• Maintain and optimize Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Access Review policies within Microsoft Entra.
• Manage and support Microsoft Defender for Identity, including sensor deployment, threat detection, and remediation efforts.
• Identify and mitigate access risks, with a focus on eliminating over-privileged accounts and enforcing least privilege access models.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Entra (Identity Provider, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and application access management).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity, including sensor management and threat analytics.
• Solid understanding of access risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, ClearSkye Identity Governance on ServiceNow, CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Remote Access, and Microsoft Entra Connect.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNow.
