What you will do

• Manage authorisation and authority administration tasks across regions for SAP ERP, IAM, SRM, and other systems.
• Serve as primary interface for business areas, IT, staff functions, and suppliers ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support audit follow-ups and monitor compliance and risk within Finance Business Support.
• Collaborate with risk owners to mitigate financial risks including Segregation of Duties and critical access issues.
• Participate in projects driving harmonised and standardised authorisation concepts and processes.
• Identify and propose process improvements and assist with change requests implementation and testing.

Requirements

• Completed Swedish Gymnasium (high school).
• 2–4 years experience working with SAP and authorisations/identity management systems.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes.
• Strong ownership, commitment, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and manage internal and external interfaces effectively.
