What you will do

• Manage the full tender process from strategy development to proposal writing
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Services, PreSales Consultants, and other departments
• Ensure all tender deadlines are met through strong project management
• Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions for proposal content
• Analyze and identify commercial opportunities to optimize winning chances

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Moss, Norway
• Languages: Norwegian and English required
• Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking
• At least 3 years of experience as a Bid Manager (not necessarily in IT)
• Experience prioritizing tasks, leading meetings, and translating complex material into clear strategic content
• Technical affinity with IT is a plus
