What you will do

• Lead the presales process from opportunity identification to final proposal.
• Define client vision and lead workshops to foster growth and future opportunities.
• Gather and analyze client needs, translating them into clear scopes and deliverables.
• Design and coordinate offer creation involving local and international experts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals including timelines and budgets.
• Support client presentations, demos, and negotiations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Switzerland.
• 5-7+ years experience in digital projects as consultant, project manager, or presales.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, MarTech, and CMS platforms.
• Proven ability to prepare budgets, timelines, and implementation plans for medium to large projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• English and German proficiency at C1-C2 level; French is a plus.
