What you will do

• Pitch a bold, original moonshot project to significantly impact or create new revenue streams for hirify.global.
• Build a prototype, MVP, or tangible asset such as a landing page, demo, or documentation.
• Record a 5-minute elevator pitch video explaining the idea, its impact, and next steps.
• Collaborate with top leaders and A-players in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Take real ownership of your projects from Day 1 without micromanagement.

Requirements

• Less than 2–3 years of experience with a strong drive and resourcefulness.
• Top 1% potential, creativity, and hustle with a willingness to learn and resilience.
• Ability to pitch and build projects independently without waiting for permission.
• Open to roles across Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, or Operations.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).
• Location: Remote candidates within the European Union.
