What you will do

• Act as planning coordinator and controlling function, applying proper methods and procedures to secure progress and mitigate risks.
• Support resource and capacity planning, maintaining ring-fenced resources with the Central PMO.
• Maintain the project roadmap and plans, ensuring alignment with programme steering and strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues for project stability and success.
• Prepare and coordinate tollgate reviews, track progress, and secure necessary approvals.
• Manage and monitor scope changes, ensuring deviations are reviewed, approved, and aligned with programme goals.

Requirements

• Strong experience (at least 5-8 years) in project management or PMO roles within complex programmes.
• PMP certificate or equivalent University degree.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks and risk management practices.
• Experience from managing cross-functional project teams.
• English: Fluent skills required.
