What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a dynamic test team of up to 15 engineers.
• Oversee daily testing operations and ensure the quality of active software releases for over 200 products.
• Lead and plan test execution, monitor and report test status, prioritize defect reports, and plan retesting of implemented fixes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine testing processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree (minimum B.Sc.).
• Several years of experience in test management.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
