What you will do

• Provide valuable feedback and participate in discussions about game features and content.
• Lead, track, and support internal and outsourced QA testers.
• Collaborate with project leadership and QA leadership to assess risks and strategize testing coverage.
• Develop and maintain test plans and testing documentation.
• Monitor and manage bug reports ensuring effective triaging and follow-up.
• Detect, isolate, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden or able to work onsite with flexibility
• 2+ years of hands-on QA experience or relevant game school degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding and preferably love of Crusader Kings III or equivalent Grand Strategy Games.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in scripting, particularly for modding Paradox games.
