What you will do
- Engage with clients to understand needs and provide tailored advice for revenue optimization through hirify.global.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to recommend pricing and distribution strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance and training for effective platform adoption, especially for the Ultra segment.
- Manage KPIs and analytical reports to identify improvement areas and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Italian native, English professional fluency (C1).
- German native is a big plus.
- Proven track record in hotel revenue management with deep knowledge of pricing and distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, forecasting, and growth strategy definition.
- Familiarity with RMS, PMS, Channel Managers, and CRM tools.
- Customer success orientation to consult strategically and support SaaS adoption.
