What you will do

• Lead and improve performance review processes aligning goals with company strategy
• Translate strategic objectives into initiatives with clear ownership and timelines
• Track cross-functional execution and ensure accountability across teams
• Prepare executive meetings, board decks, and represent CEO when needed
• Lead or support organizational design and major operational changes

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Italian
• 2+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or relevant high-growth roles
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen in SaaS economics
• Ability to break down ambiguous goals into executable plans with ownership
• Experience in hypergrowth environments, M&A or international expansion is a plus
