What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to drive decision-making.
• Communicate findings and their implications clearly to business stakeholders and data engineers.
• Work with SQL and other data querying languages to extract data.
• Contribute to data storytelling and interpretation for clients.
• Help analyze and design end-to-end data solutions in agile environments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a business or data analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Ability to translate business questions into concrete and testable statements.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau.
• Proficiency in understanding data models and data modelling concepts.
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and tech experts.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Some experience with R/Python.
• Ability to train and guide junior consultants (3+ years of experience).
• Ability to build and maintain a relevant client network.
