What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain billing and invoicing systems.
• Improve system observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting enhancements.
• Automate manual processes to reduce operational toil.
• Collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.
• Review code and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Lead efforts to improve codebase health and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years in high-level technical support roles focused on billing or financial systems.
• 1+ years of software development experience with Python or Go.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex business and financial processes.
• Experience querying SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, DealHub, Salesforce.
• Familiarity with business processing tools like Workato and Fivetran.
• Cloud development experience.
