What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across search engines and social platforms
• Manage campaign buildout including keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, bidding strategy, and landing page optimization
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Brand Marketing, and other teams to align marketing priorities
• Amplify influencer content through paid media strategies
• Continuously evaluate new opportunities to scale customer acquisition and retention through experimentation

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts, United States
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing or paid search in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment
• Proven experience with Shopping/PMax campaigns and feed management tools
• Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel
• Strong project management and communication skills
