What you will do

• Own and execute paid media strategy across Amazon and emerging marketplaces like Walmart, Chewy, Best Buy, and Petco.
• Lead marketplace advertising efforts across the US, Canada, and Mexico, tailoring strategies to regional trends.
• Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns using Amazon’s full ad suite and other platform tools.
• Monitor and optimize media investments daily, managing bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Analyze and present performance data to internal teams and leadership.
• Design and run A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to improve performance.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid setup in Seattle, USA
• English: B2 level or higher
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads (Search + Display) with proven growth results.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Walmart Connect, Chewy Ads, Best Buy Ads, or Petco Media Network is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon DSP and programmatic tactics is a plus.

• Experience in agency environments or managing multiple accounts/brands.
