What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s CVC strategy and investment theses.
• Source, evaluate, lead due diligence, structure, and negotiate investments in high-potential startups.
• Manage investment rounds, representing hirify.global with co-investors and within the company.
• Facilitate commercial partnerships between portfolio companies and internal business units.
• Cultivate relationships with venture firms, accelerators, and innovation hubs.
• Represent hirify.global at venture and industry events to position as an innovation leader in CX.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate development, or innovation strategy, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or CX/AI domains.
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing early and growth-stage investments.
• Strong network within the VC and startup ecosystems.
• Deep technological understanding and exceptional analytical, strategic, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
