What you will do

  • Define and own the product vision for onboarding aligned with client services strategy and digital roadmap
  • Champion scheme-first mindset to enhance colleague and pension scheme member experience
  • Apply design thinking to prototype and validate innovative onboarding solutions
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and manage backlog prioritization
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and client teams to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Lead teams effectively applying consistent management practices

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or pensions
  • Certified Product Owner or equivalent experience with strong Agile delivery skills
  • Deep understanding of Defined Benefit pensions and member servicing models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership capability to manage multiple teams within a matrix structure

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of digital design principles, accessibility standards, and customer journey mapping
