What you will do

• Define and execute data strategy focused on trading and market data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead cloud-native data platform development and standardize data ingestion and modeling.
• Ensure data governance, compliance with SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, DORA, and data quality.
• Build and mentor a central data team collaborating with engineering, research, risk, and finance.
• Drive data KPIs and promote a data-driven and experimentation culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in data engineering, architecture, or platform leadership.
• Proven experience with trading or financial data platforms and market data models.
• Expertise in modern data technologies (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Kafka) and ML Ops frameworks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Background in crypto markets, financial trading, or quantitative research.
• Experience with real-time analytics, monitoring tools, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DataOps, FinOps, and cost-optimized data management.
• Experience in feature engineering and model lifecycle management.
