What you will do

• Support the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets.
• Execute trades across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options, and manage related hedging.
• Oversee trading operations, including asset rebalancing across CEXs and DEXs.
• Implement preventative trading actions and configure algorithmic bot parameters.
• Monitor client service level agreements and evaluate trading performance.
• Develop trading indicators for live strategies and conduct post-trade analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (2.1 equivalent or above).
• Strong analytical ability and decision-making under pressure.
• Understanding of digital assets and blockchain technologies (CEXes, DEXes).
• Some cryptocurrency trading experience across CEXes and DEXes.
• Exposure to Python or another programming language.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Understanding of key traditional finance asset classes (e.g., options, futures, FX) from an educational perspective.
