What you will do
- Coordinate and continuously improve core people processes like goal setting, performance conversations, and feedback cycles.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and shape solutions, acting as a sparring partner to managers.
- Utilize people data to uncover trends, provide insights, and support leaders in decision-making.
- Provide backup support for People Operations topics such as onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Ensure people processes and policies are legally compliant and clearly communicated.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in People Operations / HR generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Strong experience in project & stakeholder management with an agile mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data, especially HR metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in coaching or mediation being a plus.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
