What you will do

• Develop end-to-end ML solutions focusing on NLP and text generation for hotel content optimization.
• Leverage state-of-the-art AI models, including LLMs and foundation models, for text understanding and automated summary generation.
• Drive data-driven decisions through analysis of text performance and user behavior, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Monitor and optimize deployed solutions through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ practical experience in data science, machine learning, or applied science roles.
• Advanced academic background (MSc or PhD) in machine learning, economics, statistics, or related fields, with a solid understanding of software engineering.
• Deep statistical knowledge and experience with experimental design.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML algorithms in production environments at scale.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively.
• Technical expertise in Python, SQL, and Cloud computing services.

Nice to have

• Strong NLP/NLG background including modern AI architectures, large language models, and foundation models for text summarization.
• Proven experience developing and deploying NLP algorithms in production environments at scale.
