What you will do

• Design, enforce, and execute incrementality experiments to quantify marketing impact.
• Develop models to estimate causal effects using methods like difference-in-differences, synthetic control, and Bayesian inference.
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable testing frameworks, exploring AI-based approaches.
• Analyze and communicate experimental results to stakeholders, translating findings into actionable business insights.
• Support the broader marketing measurement strategy, contributing to media mix modelling and attribution.
• Champion best practices in experimental design, causal modelling, and data quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or experimentation.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference and experimental design, including geo-experiments, DiD, synthetic control, and Bayesian methods.
• Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of marketing metrics and multi-channel measurement challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey uncertainty and statistical nuance to non-technical audiences.
• A curious, hands-on, and ownership-driven mindset, passionate about designing experiments and validating hypotheses.
• A pragmatic, business-oriented approach balancing statistical rigour with commercial impact, combined with strong analytical thinking.
