TL;DR
Senior Data Scientist (AI): Building and optimizing data products and generating meaningful insights from collected device data, combining it with multiple other data sources. Focus on leading data exploitation initiatives with customers, implementing Machine Learning / AI for predictive models, and designing, building, and deploying scalable data pipelines and ML models into production environments.
Location: Hybrid in Munich, Bavaria, Germany

What you will do
- Lead data exploitation initiatives directly with customers to drive process improvements and shop floor optimizations.
- Investigate and implement Machine Learning / AI to develop predictive models.
- Design, build, and deploy data pipelines and machine learning models into production environments.
- Support the creation of business and use cases for customers using your data expertise.
- Contribute code as part of an interdisciplinary software development team.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar field.
- Excellent knowledge and previous experience in data analysis in a commercial context.
- Experience working with large amounts of data and complex models.
- Experience in Python, SQL, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Fluent in English both verbally and written.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS Serverless development.
- Experience with dbt.
- Any additional languages, such as German.
