What you will do
- Own and execute full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior Go-To-Market roles.
- Drive a fast, data-informed hiring process without compromising quality.
- Directly source top-tier passive GTM talent.
- Advise senior leaders using data and market expertise to challenge hiring assumptions.
- Take full ownership of improving TA processes, tools, and interviewer training.
Requirements
- Must be located in Berlin or willing to relocate.
- Experience managing full-cycle TA for GTM roles in scaling startups or high-growth tech companies.
- Strong ability to influence and push back on senior stakeholders with data.
- Comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity.
- Proactive ownership mindset to identify and execute solutions independently.
