What you will do

• Architect and develop a robust platform for all LLM use-cases across hirify.global.
• Provide technical structure to teams and define strategic roadmaps with management and stakeholders.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using technical expertise.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Build new services using Golang to meet critical product and business needs.
• Design scalable systems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
• Demonstrated ability to compose a service-oriented architecture.
• Experience in uplevelling junior engineers through processes and setting high standards.
• Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a company that underwent rapid growth (startup to mid-size).
• Familiarity with Golang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Background in working with AI/LLM models.
