What you will do
- Resolve user problems encountered in the hirify.global app
- Communicate with customers via Customer Success channels and email
- Manage user queries on social media platforms
- Collaborate with product teams using customer insights to drive improvements
- Report operational issues to operations and tech teams
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English and Greek
- Proactive, quick learner, organized, and able to multitask
- Tech savvy with ability to work with new software and technologies
- Confident communicator capable of handling challenging situations
- Hybrid work arrangement with presence in London, Athens, or Cyprus offices
