What you will do

• Provide technical support for Hosting, Domain, and related services via tickets, chat, and phone.
• Handle Entry Level Sales and Billing Requests.
• Report bugs to Developers and issues to the Infrastructure Team.
• Conduct partial infrastructure monitoring.
• Manage Cross sales / Up sales and consult customers on service development.
• Gather and provide customer feedback for product and service improvement.

Requirements

• Professional and friendly customer support.
• Accuracy and efficiency in responding to inquiries.
• Willingness to resolve basic to advanced customer problems.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of hosting services and domain names.
• Expertise with Plesk, Cpanel, and WHM.
• Familiarity with common CMS platforms like WordPress and Joomla.
• Problem-solving, self-leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
