What you will do
- Improve local testing in order to decrease the feedback loop on changes.
- Implement automations which streamline integration & e2e testing.
- Develop internal tools to enable validation of changes in dynamic production-like environments.
- Enhance observability across build, test, deploy, and runtime stages.
- Collaborate with all Engineering squads to build self-service tooling.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of working experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar position.
- Passion for improving engineering workflows and developer productivity.
- Security awareness with secure-by-default mindset.
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational challenges and propose thorough iterative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
