What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure for hirify.global’s applications, APIs, and data systems.
• Champion a DevOps culture to enhance speed, reliability, and agility.
• Own cloud security and compliance, protecting client and business systems.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems that evolve with product growth.
• Drive automation and monitoring for efficiency, resilience, and transparency across environments.
• Work hands-on with infrastructure tools (CI/CD, CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.) while guiding architectural decisions.
• Partner with product, R&D, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven expertise in cloud security best practices, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience scaling infrastructure for fast-growing products.
• Solid scripting/automation skills (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Bash, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in fintech or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, or other compliance frameworks.
• Experience with end-to-end observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
