What you will do

• Lead discovery and delivery of key projects including spend card, funding, and onboarding experiences.
• Shape product pitches linking user insights to engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build cohesive experiences across devices.
• Partner with Insurance and Investments teams to unify benefit data and actions.
• Ensure consistent, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland
• Experience as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-minded engineer in transactional or fintech products.
• Strong user empathy and design sensibility.
• Proven leadership of small cross-functional teams delivering end-user products.
• Ability to make evidence-based product decisions quickly.
• Excellent communication skills aligning technical and business contexts.
