Associate Product Manager: Working with teams across the hirify.global organization to understand systems and platforms for Unified Payments, building solutions based on regional needs and market demands. Focus on delivering excellent API integration and in-life processing experiences, improving products, standards, processes, and managing customer implementations and escalations.

What you will do

  • Deliver an excellent API integration and in-life processing experience to customers across a global footprint.
  • Own and continuously improve products, standards, processes, and working methods for API integrations and in-life support.
  • Work closely with Support Engineer teams to govern API integrations and ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Ensure effective training and communication for all teams supporting integrations and in-life support.
  • Maintain the hirify.global Developer Portal with the latest API information and features.
  • Act as a strong customer advocate, responding to and managing customer implementations and escalations.
  • Be involved in strategic projects with a passion to deliver exceptional customer experience outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Product Manager / Business Analyst or relevant experience in a digital business.
  • A bachelor’s degree from college or university or comparable market experience or training.
  • Established technical aptitude, understanding of and working with commerce (or similar) ecosystems, platforms and tools.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Payments industry experience.
  • Experience in a software development environment or a professional services role.
  • Software or IT background (degree or experience).
  • Direct experience with software development, testing, and/or business analysis.
  • Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
