Salary: €6,500 - €8,700 gross monthly (Vilnius); PLN28,100 - PLN41,900 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs and machine learning.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful AI products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI solutions such as AI assistants and automation platforms.
• Set team goals, success metrics, and align roadmap with company mission.
• Deliver measurable results for complex products in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Remote work allowed only from specified countries: Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, UAE, UK
• Experience developing and launching AI products/features from scratch.
• Strong analytical, technical, and business problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data science or machine learning roles with end-to-end project ownership.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments.
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
