What you will do

• Ship high-quality code as an Individual Contributor for the LLM Engineering Platform.
• Contribute to the largest open-source solution in LLM operations.
• Push AI/LLMs to their limits to achieve more within the product.
• Work with extreme autonomy in a small, engineering-heavy team.
• Build useful AI applications via tracing, evaluation, and prompt management.

Requirements

• Prior experience running teams or founding companies.
• Desire to ship code again as an Individual Contributor.
• Enjoy fast-paced “can we do this by tomorrow?” sprints.
• Strong aversion to over-engineering and excessive meetings.
• Low ego regarding roles and titles.
• Must be based in Berlin and work in-office.
