What you will do

• Act as the trusted voice of customers internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer requests from inquiry to resolution.
• Reproduce customer cases using audit experience before handing them to development.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with users.
• Document solutions, write handbook articles, and contribute to release notes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve product and processes.

Requirements

• Location: Remote
• 1-2 years experience in financial audit or related field with knowledge of customer workflows.
• Strong technical affinity and curiosity for complex software.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1+).
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ownership mindset and compatibility with startup environment.
