What you will do

• Build new backend services using Golang to meet critical product and business needs.
• Design scalable systems with modern cloud technologies and best practices.
• Develop long-term vision for backend system maintenance and scaling.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to create roadmaps.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and service-oriented architectures.
• Passion for building an open financial system leveraging crypto and blockchain technology.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• In-person participation required throughout the year; hybrid work format.

Nice to have

• Experience with rapid company growth from startup to mid-size.
• Familiarity with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience with blockchain technologies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
• Experience decomposing monoliths into microservices.
