What you will do

• Build and own the company’s security strategy and roadmap.
• Integrate security into product design and development across architecture, SDLC, and releases.
• Manage the security function, defining team structure, processes, and growth.
• Set and enforce security policies, standards, and governance.
• Lead risk management, ensuring proper assessment and mitigation.
• Oversee security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Requirements

• Experience leading or owning security programs (Head, Senior Security Lead, Security Manager).
• Strong understanding of security strategy, governance, and risk management.
• Hands-on knowledge of incident response, SOC workflows, and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience with ISO 27001, audit preparation, and remediation.
• Solid understanding of cloud security (preferably AWS) and secure system design.
• Ability to align security with business needs and influence engineering and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM/SOAR and threat intelligence.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD security.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of data protection (GDPR).
