What you will do

• Manage projects impacting Field Operations including scheduling, goal setting, and stakeholder engagement
• Support system enhancements and upgrades with knowledge of BOSS system stack
• Create impactful presentations to communicate complex business concepts
• Translate business needs into engaging narratives to drive standardization and efficiencies
• Analyze data to assist project approvals, track improvements, and identify trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status effectively

Requirements

• Location: Priority hiring in Charlotte, NC area with hybrid work format
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, project management tools, and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methods
• Advanced analytical skills including Power BI, SQL, and Big Query
