Implementation Manager

Implementation Manager (Project Management): Managing the customer implementation process for hirify.global's automotive SaaS product with an accent on delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating cross-departmental deliverables. Focus on creative problem solving, training customers, and supporting the growth of auto repair shops using the platform.

Location: Remote within the U.S., must work U.S. East Coast hours 8:00am-4:00pm

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact during customer implementation
• Deliver top-tier customer service and support across all product areas
• Train customers to ensure successful onboarding
• Coordinate deliverables with internal departments
• Communicate customized solutions to help customers grow their business
• Learn and apply knowledge of hirify.global products and the automotive industry

Requirements

• Must be located in the U.S. and able to work East Coast hours
• 2+ years relevant experience or automotive industry knowledge preferred
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Clear, professional communication style
• Familiarity with SaaS business models
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
