What you will do

• Design and deliver high-impact backend initiatives including transaction processing and policy controls for institutional clients.
• Define and execute technical roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems by understanding customer needs and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Lead incident response and ensure backend system reliability and scalability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Blockchain, Security, and Infrastructure teams for seamless integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Golang, GraphQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, AWS, and blockchain protocols.
• Proven ability to build resilient, scalable, and secure microservices with high-quality, maintainable code.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain network integrations, cryptographic systems (e.g., MPC), and secure key management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, security, and infrastructure teams.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience including front-end frameworks.
• Experience with crypto exchange applications, dApps, or Web3 tools.
• Familiarity with advanced cryptographic techniques like zero-knowledge proofs or MPC.
• Understanding of SOC1/SOC2 standards or regulated environments.
