TL;DR

What you will do
- Design and implement scalable backend services in Go and integrate Solidity smart contracts into production systems.
- Build and maintain event-driven, real-time architectures using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with blockchain engineers on secure on-chain/off-chain integrations.
- Manage full software lifecycle including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver cutting-edge Web3 products aligned with platform vision.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work model based in Barcelona, Spain
- Strong Go backend development experience and Solidity smart contract production experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud-native environments, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code (AWS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Understanding of blockchain ecosystems and applied cryptography (EVMs, dApps, ZKPs).
- English: Required proficiency (B2 or higher)

- Contributions to open-source L2 protocols or deployments on Arbitrum, Optimism.
