Salary: $220,800–$331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area range)

• Hire, manage, and lead a software engineering team delivering AI character experiences
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Product leadership to prioritize and deliver features
• Design and build performant, reliable, and scalable AI character infrastructure
• Break down long-term goals into milestones and align with release plans
• Ensure cross-team coordination and embody company culture and values

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years technical engineering experience
• 8+ years preferred technical engineering experience or Master’s degree with equivalent experience
• 6+ years people management experience leading engineering teams
• Experience delivering large-scale software systems, preferably in AI, machine learning, or related fields
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments
