What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and product strategy for autonomous bidding systems for Sponsored Products and Brands.
• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of high-availability, low-latency bidding systems.
• Drive technical decisions for predictive modeling, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and real-time optimization.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance for tier-1 production services across multiple AWS regions.
• Establish MLOps best practices, including model training, A/B testing frameworks, and continuous deployment.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers and applied scientists focused on advanced autonomous systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.
• 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Strong knowledge of engineering practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
