What you will do
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary creative team across strategy, design, editing, influencers, and project management.
- Architect workflows and systems for producing thousands of ads per week, leveraging tooling and automation.
- Drive AI-led transformation, integrating AI into creative workflows to increase throughput and reduce manual work.
- Own global performance creative strategy and testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Search.
- Scale creative globally, delivering locally relevant content across international markets.
- Partner with Growth leadership to align creative strategy with media and analytics insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading creative teams in performance marketing, growth, or digital advertising, with at least 5 years managing multi-disciplinary teams at scale.
- Proven experience building and scaling large in-house creative organizations that support high-volume performance advertising.
- Deep understanding of performance creative dynamics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Search.
- Demonstrated ability to design workflows, systems, and processes that unlock speed, operational efficiency, and creative excellence.
- Strong track record of integrating AI tools and automation platforms into creative production.
- Experience leading global creative operations, including localization strategies.
